e-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINE

PLEASE READ THE e-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINE CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY


Here are some important updates we would like to share:

  • Please follow the guidelines for e-posters for presentations as follows (please disregard if you have already submitted files that comply with these guidelines).
  • The poster should be prepared in portrait orientation (height: 1920 pixels, width: 1080 pixels). However, when saving the file to your flash drive, kindly ensure that it is rotated to landscape orientation.
  • The poster should include a title, names of the authors and affiliations at the top. It is recommended to include a small recent photo of the presenter in the top right-corner of the poster. The poster file should be image files either JPEG or PNG format.
  • Please name your poster file using the designated code of your presentation followed by your surname. (e.g. PL-01_Restika.jpeg. is for presenter named Restika, with a designated presentation number 1. PL for category dentist/lecture/magister/doctor, and PS for category Student/Undergraduate)
  • Please bring the e-poster file to the symposium on a flash drive as a backup.
  • Please keep the poster clear and concise, avoiding overcrowding with excessive text. There are no restrictions on font type and size for poster presentations.
  • The poster presentation will be performed in front of the LED-TV screen at a designated time. Please make sure to stand at your poster 10 minutes before your presentation time. The chairs will visit your poster to start your presentation.
  • Content of poster presentation :
  • Research (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References)
  • Case Report (Introduction, Case, Case Management, Discussion, Conclusion and References)
  • Please submit your e-Poster for your presentation as per the deadline on May 29, 2026, through the Google Drive link that will be provided by the committee from email.
  • Schedule information regarding the room will be sent 7 days before the event via email.
